TERMS OF SERVICE
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Passenger", "Client", "you") and International Transfer EOOD, UIC 208626168, with registered office at 256 Vladislav Varnenchik Blvd, Varna, Bulgaria ("Company", "we", "us"), in connection with the use of our private transfer and taxi booking services provided through the website bookingtaxi.bg ("Website").
By making a reservation through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2025 and apply to all bookings made through the Website.
2. Service Description
The Company provides private passenger transfer services, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers to and from Varna Airport (VAR), as well as Sofia and Bourgas airports upon request;
- Private taxi transfers between cities and resort destinations in Bulgaria;
- International transfers throughout Romania upon request;
- Meet & Greet service with a name sign at the arrival point;
- Flight tracking for delayed arrivals;
- Child safety seats upon request, free of charge.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to vehicle availability.
3. Booking and Reservation
Reservations are made exclusively through the Website by completing the online booking form. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
To make a booking, you must provide the following information:
- Pickup and drop-off locations;
- Date and time of the transfer;
- Passenger first and last name;
- Valid email address;
- Valid phone number in international format;
- Flight number (optional, but recommended for airport transfers);
- Any special requests or driver notes (optional).
Minimum booking notice: Reservations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Bookings with less than 12 hours' notice are subject to availability and may not be accepted.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Passenger.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are final and all-inclusive, including VAT and any applicable fees. Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR).
The price is calculated based on the selected vehicle category, the distance between the pickup and drop-off locations, and the applicable rate for the route. The final price is displayed before you confirm your booking.
Payment is processed securely via credit or debit card through our payment provider Stripe. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payment data is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
The Company reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. However, any price confirmed at the time of booking will be honoured for that specific reservation.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Free cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are not eligible for a refund.
No-show: If the Passenger fails to appear at the pickup location at the agreed time without prior notice, no refund will be issued. For airport pickups, our driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time (or actual landing time if flight tracking is enabled) before the booking is considered a no-show.

6. Passenger Obligations
The Passenger agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and trip information when making a booking;
- Be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time;
- Behave in an appropriate and respectful manner towards the driver and any other passengers;
- Not consume food or beverages in the vehicle without the driver's prior consent;
- Not smoke or use electronic cigarettes inside the vehicle;
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws, including the use of seatbelts;
- Inform the Company of any special requirements (e.g. child seats, extra luggage) at the time of booking.
Luggage: Each passenger is entitled to one standard suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Additional or oversized luggage must be declared at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to decline transport of excess luggage if it exceeds the vehicle's capacity.
Damage: The Passenger shall be held liable for any damage caused to the vehicle or its interior during the transfer, including but not limited to stains, tears, or breakage. The Company reserves the right to charge the Passenger for the cost of repair or cleaning.
7. Company Obligations
The Company undertakes to:
- Provide a clean, well-maintained, and insured vehicle of the category selected by the Passenger;
- Ensure that the driver arrives at the pickup location on time;
- Employ professional, licensed, and courteous drivers;
- Monitor flight arrivals for airport transfers and adjust pickup times accordingly;
- Provide child safety seats upon request, free of charge;
- Handle passenger luggage with reasonable care;
- Maintain adequate insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers during the transfer.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform the service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events;
- Road closures, traffic congestion, or construction works;
- Border control delays or restrictions;
- Flight delays or cancellations;
- Government actions, strikes, or civil unrest;
- Technical failures not attributable to the Company.
In the event of a delay caused by circumstances within the Company's control, the Company will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on the Passenger.
The Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services provided under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Passenger for the specific booking in question.
The Company is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. While we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, we cannot guarantee their recovery.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and endeavour to provide a full response within 14 business days.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria, and shall be governed by Bulgarian law.
10. Data Protection
The Company processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable Bulgarian data protection legislation.

11. Final Provisions
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific conditions communicated at the time of booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our services.
